To offer a comprehensive outsourced and legal collection service by making sure that appropriate vendor management principles and collection tactics are used to maximize collections on charged-off accounts, including estate late accounts; in carrying out the agreed-upon collection operation strategies; and in establishing and overseeing legal and/or claim procedures while making sure that all legal requirements are met.
Qualifications:
