To guide and supervise the activities of our Branches, we are looking for Branch Managers. Driving development, profitability, and customer happiness while preserving operational efficiency will fall under the purview of the perfect applicant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a plan and budget for the branch to guarantee profitability.
- To hit goals and beyond client expectations, identify and seize sales opportunities.
- Together with retail executives, coordinate branch goals for annual targets and sales campaigns.
- To guarantee branch coordination, hold frequent meetings with retail officers, branch employees, and training sessions.
- To properly gauge performance and progress, monitor and analyze branch goals.
- Improve the caliber of your company dealings with retail customers.
- To keep consumers loyal and grow your clientele, pay them frequent visits.
- Provide financial services and products, like business loans, working capital financing, and cash management solutions, that are tailored to the particular requirements of SMEs.
- Give SME clients professional financial advice and direction to help them reach their growth goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Holder of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in banking, economics, commerce, business administration, or finance, or a related field. Requires a minimum of eighteen years of work experience in the banking industry or in financial institutions, with at least three of those years spent managing credit, SME, and bank branch operations.
