Dr. Chakou Halfani established Tindwa Medical and Health Services as part of the Tanzania Healthcare Promoters Consortium with the goal of bringing emergency medical illnesses, occupational health disorders, and safety issues to Tanzanians’ attention through prevention and public education. In that same year, it changed its name to Tindwa Medical and Health Services (TMHS) and became a sole proprietorship with the goal of offering the highest caliber emergency medical care along with occupational health and safety services in East Africa.

  • Assemble and analyze sales forecasts; create marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; arrange promotional presentations; and update calendars in order to carry out marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Examines and enters sales, expense, and new business data to monitor the costs and revenues of a product or service line.
  • Compile, examine, and condense sales data to create marketing reports.
  • Organizes needs with flyers, brochures, and other advertising materials to keep promotional items ready.
  • Assist sales personnel by communicating demands for customer service, sales data, marketing trends, forecasts, account analysis, and new product information.
  • Investigates rivals by determining and assessing the features, market share, cost, and promotional approach of their goods and services.
  • Establishing connections, creating schedules and assignments, compiling and organizing requirements, and managing mailing lists are all part of the planning process for meetings and trade exhibits.
  • To create training programs, evaluate data, and establish sales targets for the organization’s employees.
  • Create and execute fresh sales campaigns, plans, and tactics to target certain populations.
  • To visit with clients to hear about their changing demands and evaluate the caliber of work and the company’s standing with current clients.
  • Create strategic alliances and collaborate with important suppliers, agencies, and players in the market.


  • A marketing, public relations, business administration, and mass communications degree.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, branding, and corporate relations for events spanning three years.
  • Definitely a Tanzanian
  • Writing and speaking English must come naturally to you.
  • Requires proficiency with computers
  • Highly disciplined individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, should apply.
