  • Assist the project team in coordinating the planning and execution of the project;
  • Gather and evaluate background information and help with the assembling, condensing, and presenting of various papers and reports;
  • Update project management software and internal databases;
  • Assist in the planning of project activities and events;


  • Be enrolled in a graduate program in a relevant area, such as business administration, international studies, social sciences, or another comparable topic, or be in their final year of undergraduate study.
  • Possess a university degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, international studies, social sciences, or another comparable topic; if chosen, the internship must begin within two years of graduation.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities are necessary;
  • An advantage is having a working grasp of another UN language.
