The position of Executive Chef is full-time. The Executive Chef will be in charge of organizing, supervising, preparing, and overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen as well as the culinary vision. The Executive Chef will oversee menu curation, food cost control, and quality assurance. The Executive Chef will oversee the staff and be accountable for providing them with high-quality training. Along with making sure that all food safety laws are followed, the chosen applicant will keep the kitchen’s high standards of order, cleanliness, and hygiene.


  • Management of Food Production Function: Take charge of all aspects of the establishment’s food production process.
  • Culinary Leadership: Take responsibility for all culinary operations at the establishment, guaranteeing originality and flair in the kitchen.
  • Budgeting and Menu Planning: Establish spending limits for the culinary department, supervise the procurement of products, and plan meals.
  • The applicant must exhibit a track record of creating original concepts,
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain strict hygienic standards, manage inventory and waste, and run effective kitchens.
  • Staff Development: Constantly instruct and nurture local employees, imparting culinary expertise


  • Demonstrate four years or more of experience in a high-end hospitality context as an executive chef or in a position comparable to it.
  • Qualification equivalent to a certificate or diploma.
  • strong managerial and leadership abilities.
  • Inventiveness and creativity in the preparation and presentation of meals
  • Outstanding familiarity with regional ingredients and culinary trends
  • Dedication to upholding the best possible standards for food quality and service
