CultivAid is an Israeli NGO that works in African countries to promote agricultural growth. CultivAid, a technical enterprise, uses Israeli agricultural practices and technologies to boost crop yields, raise farmer incomes, promote economic development, strengthen diplomatic partnerships, and solve climate change challenges. CultivAid seeks to have an impact on the entire agricultural industry.

We are a medium-sized social enterprise looking for an Operations and Human Resources administrator. The job will report directly to the CEO and work with CultivAid’s management, country directors, project managers, and external stakeholders. The position will play a critical role in the organization’s human resources, as well as providing operational and administrative support to the entire business and specific support to our global development team.


Global Operations:

  • Assisting or supervising certain initiatives as assigned by the boss.
  • Manage and update the organization’s social media profiles to ensure consistent and compelling content.
  • Maintain and maintain the organization’s website, ensuring that the information is current and correct.
  • Facilitate communication with international partners, stakeholders, and donors.

HR Administration:

  • Support the recruiting and onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with the payroll officer to ensure that payments are made in accordance with the contract and applicable laws.
  • Manage benefit programs, including enrollments, adjustments, and terminations.
  • Oversee and manage the staff wellness budget: presents, team bonding activities, holiday toast.


  • Organizing meetings and events.
  • Travel arrangements and documents
  • Various administrative tasks (IT, service providers, presents, etc.)
  • Oversee the office’s day-to-day operations as outlined in the office budget.



  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or a specific function.
  • Previous experience as an office manager is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working in an international context is helpful.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and take the initiative.

Language Skills:

  • Native English speaker with excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • Fluent Hebrew speaking and writing.
