The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is an autonomous government agency that was created with the express purpose of streamlining the hiring process for public service positions. - Each applicant needs to bring a mask to the interview location.

- It is mandatory for applicants to present their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, which may include birth certificates, secondary school diplomas, advanced diplomas, higher diplomas, bachelor’s degrees, and more, contingent on the applicant’s qualifications.
- Interviews will not proceed and candidates submitting Statements of Results, Testimonials, Provisional Results, or secondary school results slips (form IV and VI) will not be accepted.
- All candidates are responsible for covering their own lodging, transportation, and meal expenses.
- It is imperative that candidates adhere to the designated day, time, and location for the interview.
- Those who studied outside of Tanzania must make sure the appropriate authorities (such TCU, NACTE, or NECTA) have validated and approved their certificates.
- Applicants for jobs whose names are not listed in this notification should be aware that they did not fulfill the necessary requirements. When new job openings are published, they are urged to reapply as long as they fulfill the conditions listed in the announcement.
- Candidates must provide their original practice licenses and registration certificates for occupations that call for registration with the relevant professional boards.
- Since examination numbers are not given out on the day of the interview, all applicants who are summoned for interviews must check into their accounts and make a note of them.
- It is advised that candidates dress appropriately for the chilly temperature in Dodoma, as all candidates are aware.
